Sunshine Villa is a self-catering vacation home. To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including:

★ 2 dishwasher detergent pods
★ Travel-size dish soap
★ Kitchen sponge
★ 1 roll of paper towels
★ 4 Keurig coffee pods
★ 4 coffee condiment kits
★ 2 travel-size shampoos per bathroom
★ 2 travel-size bar soaps per bathroom
★ 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
★ 4 laundry detergent pods

For your security, exterior cameras are located at the front door (doorbell), above the garage, and on the side of the home. There are no interior cameras or cameras facing the pool area.

Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete a Point of Contact (POC) form and sign a rental agreement. The rental agreement must be completed by the primary guest who made the booking through VRBO.
