This is a self-catering home. We provide basic starter necessities, including: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher soap pods, 1 travel-size dishwashing liquid, 1 kitchen scrub sponge, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 k-cup pods, 4 condiment kits for coffee, 2 travel-size shampoos per bathroom, 2 travel-size bar soaps per bathroom, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 4 laundry soap pods.
Exterior security cameras are located on the doorbell, above the garage and side of the house only (no interior or pool-facing cameras)
Guests are required to complete a Point of Contact (POC) form and sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. The rental agreement must be completed and signed by the primary guest who made the booking through VRBO.

Hello and welcome to Sunshine Villa! We’re Heather & Charlie Dougherty, a family from Maryland who fell in love with Windsor Hills after countless magical vacations to Disney with our kids. Like so many families, we wanted a place that felt luxurious, relaxing, and fun — a home where memories could be made from sunrise swims to bedtime laughter. Sunshine Villa is the result of that dream. When we found this property, we knew it was special — just two miles from Disney, tucked inside one of the safest and most family-friendly resorts in Orlando. We’ve thoughtfully updated every corner to make it comfortable, stylish, and ready for guests of all ages. From the Star Wars–themed game room designed with our kids in mind to the heated pool and spa perfect for unwinding after the parks, every detail was created to deliver a stress-free and unforgettable stay. As hands-on owners, we take pride in offering a personal touch. Our local property manager ensures everything runs smoothly and is available to assist throughout your stay.
